As always weight loss and toning doesn't happen overnight so when I took my photos this time round I wasn't expecting to see a huge difference but i am pleasantly surprised at how much better I feel so far.

The First 4 Weeks of BBG 2.0 How Does BBG 2.0 Differ From BBG 1.0? There is quite a significant difference. Of course, the format is the same typical Kayla style of two circuits with four exercise moves each, with the circuits done a total of four times.

Hello KrishM, Yes my BBG week 2 appeared almost the same to me, with similar workouts in all parts, but take that gradually friend! You will start to experience the difference from Week 4 onwards. Trust me, today is my week 5, day 1, and I was almost about to quit! :( it just gets tougher slowly & gradually. and makes you stronger :) The reps in the workout keep changing from 8 to 10 to 12.

Thursday LISS (cardio kickboxing video) << not really low intensity but I felt super high energy that day and wanted to jump around 🙂 Calories burned: 170. Friday BBG Pre-Training Week 2 Full Body Calories burned: 148. There ya go! A full week of awesome workouts 🙂 Until next week.
